DELEGATE WHILE KEEPING CONTROL
Less to manage. More peace of mind.
You do not need to coordinate every conversation or follow up on every issue yourself. ARCH is on the ground and keeps you informed so you can focus on the key decisions.
If you live elsewhere or are building in another country, we centralise the management of your home on Barcelona’s southern coast so you can follow your project clearly from wherever you are.
INDEPENDENCE AND THE OVERALL PICTURE
Our commitment is to you.
This is ARCH DNA
Clarity
We bring together the budget, schedule and project information so you understand progress and can make informed decisions.
Autonomy
We take on the management. You keep the key decisions and the freedom to choose the professionals for your project.
Rigour
We build a team suited to your project and coordinate its work with technical understanding and an overall view, respecting each professional’s role.
Honesty
We work exclusively on your behalf, with no financial ties to architects, contractors or other professionals. Our commitment is to you.
ABOUT ARCH
Who is behind ARCH
I’m Sandra Sabartés, a civil engineer with an MBA and the founder of ARCH. I have more than twenty years of experience in Project Management and managing construction and renovation projects.
Today, I bring that experience to homeowners who want to delegate the management with confidence and independence. ARCH Cerdanya and ARCH Barcelona Coast are two regional branches of the same firm.
LET’S TALK
Let’s talk about your project.
